These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LeaderSheep (the “App” or “Service”), including related websites or services we operate. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LeaderSheep provides tools for organizations and their authorized users (for example leaders and administrators) to coordinate ministry activities, Members, reminders, announcements, analytics views, and related features. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued without notice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.

Organizations may invite or approve users and control certain access. If your organization disables or removes you, your access may end even if these Terms remain in force between you and us.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) access or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view; (b) probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malware or harmful code; (e) use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory purposes; or (f) reverse engineer except where applicable law prohibits this restriction.

4. User content and organization data

You retain rights in content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service (including aggregated or de-identified reporting and statistics). Organizations may have policies governing your use; disputes between you and an organization are between you and that organization.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

6. Third parties

The Service may link to third-party sites or rely on subprocessors (e.g. hosting, email delivery, analytics infrastructure). Those parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LEADERSHEEP, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, GOODWILL, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50), IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANY FEES IN THAT PERIOD.
